Look at the money
Turn a headline into a written quote.
Ask the service to fill in the gaps before committing money. A quote that answers your questions is easier to compare.
What to check
Write down the exact product.
An approved medicine that copies a brand-name product is called a generic.
Is this the brand or an approved copy? Which use is being discussed? Ask whether the quoted medicine is made to order.
Separate the charges that repeat.
As of September 26, 2026, most of the online weight services reviewed charged a monthly membership fee, with medicine billed separately.
A membership fee repeats each month. Ask which visits, messages, and follow-up it includes. List that fee and the medicine charge on separate lines, then ask for the monthly total.
Ask for the terms after the opening offer.
What is the regular charge? Is advance payment required? How does cancellation work? What is refunded if no prescription is issued?
Keep insurance and cash answers separate.
What amount would be charged without insurance? What amount has the plan actually agreed to pay? Ask for both answers in writing.
A note before moving on
A blank quote checklist
Product name. Visit fee. Medicine charge. Tests. Follow-up. Delivery. Renewal terms.
If a line is missing, ask about it. There is no need to assume the most generous reading of an advert.
